How does the 30-day free trial work?

Sign up now for a MyPhone plus trial account and enjoy 30 days of using 1 free Georgian phone number and full access to all of our options and features without a monthly fee or binding contract. If you decide that you don't want to continue using MyPhone plus after the trial period you don't have to do anything: Your trial will end automatically and no monthly fees will be applied. Because MyPhone one is free of charge it has no 30-day free trial and can be cancelled at any time.

Do I need a credit card?

No. You can start making calls right away. Sign up now and receive 60 free minutes to use on domestic calls during your first month. If you need more minutes or want to use MyPhone beyond your free trial please charge your account using a credit card or other payment methods.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. MyPhone is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts of commitments on your part. You simply pay month-by-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, sure. Simply log in and click on the “My Plan” tab and you’ll see your options. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan within the MyPhone plus product range at any time with no additional handling charges. We will only charge you partially for the rest of the current month for the new plan. Downgrading from MyPhone plus to MyPhone one is not possible.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. There are no hidden charges. MyPhone is a pay-as-you-go service. You only pay for the calls you make beyond your first 60 free domestic minutes. Domestic calls start at 0.01 USD/min and international calls start at 0.02 USD/min. Please note that as a Georgian resident you might be subject to a 112 service charge.

What kind of numbers can I get?

We only give out regular phone numbers that are reachable from any phone worldwide. If you need more than just one phone number you can easily add more numbers at any time. Please note: For the 30-day trial of MyPhone plus you will receive one free Georgian numbers so that you can start receiving calls right away. However, these numbers will only work for the 30-day trial, you can however, buy permanent numbers at any time.

Can I keep my existing numbers?

Generally, we are able to port your number/s to MyPhone. There are however some providers and certain area codes that we are unable to port over from. when you register you can fill our number porting form.

Do I need to buy any hardware?

No hardware, no software, no installs if you already have regular SIP-enabled VoIP phones. If you don't, you can download our free softphone or you can buy a VoIP phone.

I need a plan with more than 100 users!

Our service is easily scalable, even beyond 100 users, and we offer customized plans to suit the special requirements of our larger customers. Contact us at support@myphone.ge and we'll help you find the solution that best fits your individual needs.
